About Ardas Kaur

Born and grown up in Germany I met in the middle of the 90s the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Deeply touched by his teachings about the coming Aquarian Age I did the teacher trainings level I with 3ho germany and level II with Amrit Nam Sarovar School of Karta Singh. It was obvious for me that I want to be part of a school which is spreading the vision of Yogi Bhajan and that I will reach out to deliver his teachings to the people need to get it.

After finishing my Level II training in 2000 I started to help with cooking and other organisatory support for Amrit Nam Sarovar while I started my mentoring programm with Karta Singh and IKYTA to become a teacher trainer.

Due to a deep interest in archaic healing methods I did beside teaching Yoga my healing licence in Germany where I got specialized in Bowen-Therapy and Dorn-Therapy. As well I did a shamanic training where I`ve learned to heal on a deep energetic level.

After living and learning for 16 months in the Ashram Le Martinet France I`m now living in Switzerland and offer Yoga- and Healing-Workshops as well as Therapies in different locations. In 2010 I will organise a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level I with ANS in Switzerland.
