Got to know Kundalini Yoga in 1998. Attended Trainings with 3HO Germany and Amrit Nam Sarovar such as Teacher Training Levels 1 & 2, Radiant Child, Radiant Woman, Pregnancy Yoga and Karam Kriya Numerology.

Teaches KY since 2000. Mentoring ANS “Teacher Training” with Gobinde Singh in Fulda since 2005. Leading the KY Discovery Camp for Children and Youth with Muktiar Kaur, Suraj Singh and Siri Pritam Kaur since 2007.

Lives in Northern Bavaria near Würzburg where she is happy to start a new life and spreading KY.
