About Hari Har Kaur

Hari Har Kaur, certified Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer, singer and certified singing teacher was trained for many years as a yoga teacher and teacher trainer at AMRIT NAM SAROVAR, the KRI recognised international training school for Kundalini Yoga with headquarter in France under the direction of Karta Singh. The participation in many intensiv-trainings with international renowned teachers, amongst others also directly with Yogi Bhajan and with her spiritual teacher Karta Singh completet her training.

In the year 2000 she opened the SURYA ZENTRUM for Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Singing… in Karlsruhe – a spiritual meeting place. There she offers regular Yoga classes for all levels, meditations, singing lessons, mantra-chanting, sound- and gong meditations, teacher meetings, Gurudwaras, regular Sadhana, weekend workshops with international renowned teachers, teacher training and other special events and classes.

Hari Har Kaur teaches annualy in the ANS-Teacher Training Program level 1 where she also supervises mentors.

It is a deep need and a great joy for me to spread to the next generations of students the touch and inspiration that I received (and still am receiving) in so many precious moments through the master Yogi Bhajan and my teacher Karta Singh, to both of whom I am infinitely grateful.

Surya Zentrum

Surya means sun. The name of the centre came to me during a meditation. I could feel, how all kinds of emotions, positive as well as negative, could flow through me and at the same time I had the picture that in the centre, deep inside of me, there is a shining sun, and that is my soul – so: Surya (sun) Centre.

It is my wish that lots of people come together here and make their inner sun shine.
