About Sat Sarbat Kaur

I started Kundalini Yoga in 1999 doing the teacher training level I in Germany and the level II in France with ANS at the same time. With great enthusiasm and full of new experiences, I used to come back home after each training weekend and share this energy and beautiful gifts with eager friends and students.
For many years I simultaneously translated for Karta during teacher training modules of level II and often did other Seva for the school.
In the course of the years I followed several other training related to Yogi Bhajan’s teachings as Sat Nam Rasayan level one and two, Numerology, Conscious Pregnancy, and Children Yoga, always looking for experience and new inspiration to share with others.
In 2002 I discovered the Gurdjieff Movements with Amiyo Devienne and Chetan Greenberger, which I could positively integrate in yoga workshops as a tool to expand presence and consciousness.
Since October 2005 I am a certified grief recovery specialist recognized by the Grief Recovery Institute of New York – another topic that could be successfully shared as a help to let go of the past and free the innate potential of every human being.
Occasionally I travelled to France and Russia to teach some modules of level II for ANS.
Under the ANS school, Nirmal Singh and I have been leading the Kundalini Yoga teacher training level I in Austria since 2004. In September 2011 I started a teacher training level I with Satmukh Singh in China where we are planning other activities in connection with ANS, like teacher training for children yoga and other programmes for adults, teeenagers and children.
With the support of numerology and the experience I gained over these years, I offer individual counseling upon request.
