Exciting and inspiring program around the 7 Fields of Excellence: talents, sports, seva, expedition, international exchange, kundalini yoga, meditation & spiritual life.
Hosted byGur Suraj Singh, our most experienced teacher in working with children and teenagers, and his international team of qualified Kundalini Yoga teachers and Outdoor Trainers (Amrit Nam Generation). Suraj Singh also coordinates the Teens Camp at the European Yoga Festival. The program is for children & yound adults from 13 - 18.
