Satyavrati Yogi

Satyavrati Yogi studied with Yogi Bhajan – the source of Kundalini Yoga – and supported Yogi Bhajan’s institution as a board member for 30 years. Satyavrati is a spiritual mentor and healer and the founder and head of the Amrit Nam Sarovar School (ANS).

Satyavrati has trained over 1000 teachers and trainers in Kundalini Yoga and Self Awakening. After 40 years travelling all over the planet and teaching Kundalini Yoga, Satyavrati finally settled down at Le Martinet in the French alps in 2020 – the place he started to develop 20 years ago. He considers Le Martinet as a signpost that welcomes people looking for a spiritual home. People living for each other beyond borders, beliefs and religions.

During his early life Satyavrati’s passion for the mystery and mastery of life led him to research various traditional teachings, spread through Mesopotamia, Egypt and Greece across all traditions (Tibetan, Sufi, Shamanic). He was initiated in different lineages. 

Satyavrati came into contact with the vision of Sri Aurobindo: that this humanity is passing and a NEW humanity is rising, one which is rooted in unconditional love and truth. In Findhorn and Pune he Satyavarti has similar experiences. When he met Yogi Bhajan, he recognised him immediately as the Master he has been searching for so long; a master who embodied the access of this new frequency for the new human. This transcendental experience put him on his orbit and made him dedicate his life to the service of the new human and the mission of Yogi Bhajan. It was Yogi Bhajan who named him Karta Singh (the Doer).

Yogi Bhajan transmitted three accesses:

• The pure Kundalini Yoga teachings; 
• The gathering of the Sanghat around the SIKH Dharma and 3HO Lifestyle; and
• The possibility to erase the negative subconscious program through the practice of Tantra. 

Satyavrati embraced these three forms of practice. He received the initiation of Khalsa in Amritsar, becoming a minister of Sikh Dharma and a Member Advitan of Khalsa Council.

After the passing of the Master, Satyavrati was looking for spiritual supervision and went to Dharamsala to visit Tanzin Palmo, an advanced Lama who spent 12 years in a cave in the Himalayas. She facilitated a meeting with Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, who invited him for the initiation of a Bodhisattva. From him he received his name Satyavrati (the one who takes the vow to live for truth).

Now the new world is here and the new human can begin. There is no need to spread this message any longer, instead it is time to live it practically on the planet today. 

Facing the changes of the time, Satyavrati stopped travelling and settled down at Le Martinet to start the new paradigm.
