Refund and Returns Policy


All orders will take 1-4 working days to prepare the order, delivery time can take another 2-10 working days within Europe.

We are shipping all orders with Colissimo France. 

Cost of shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout.


After checking the order by ANS Le Martinet Team, the customer will have products delivered, assuming stock is available from the day of receipt of payment. Each delivery is reputed as carried out from the moment of making the product available to the customer by the transporter (an action marked by the transporter’s own control system). It is down to the recipient to check the shipment upon its arrival, and to express any reservations and complaints which appear justified. 

IMPORTANT: Customers who are absent at the time of delivery will need to check the protocol depending on the shipping supplier. Any error made by the customer as regards the delivery address at the time of their order, or an incomplete address (Building, letterbox no., etc…) and which consequently makes it impossible to deliver the parcel, the customer must then, if they wish, receive their products, by paying, once again, the transportation costs. IMPORTANT (Decree no. 99-269 of 6th April 1999 – art.7): The transporter carries out, under its own responsibility, the loading and unloading operations of the sent item(s), from taking the said item(s), up until the said item(s) delivery, namely for private individuals: up to the customer\’s doorstep. They are not bound to drop off the goods on different floors, nor inside the residence. It is your responsibility to check the condition of the delivered products, and that everything is included, in front of the transporter, to refuse them in the event of dispute, or to mention the missing items on the delivery note; for lack of which, no claim can be taken into consideration.



GENERAL POINTS: In accordance with articles L.120-20 and following of the Consumer Code and after the adoption of the Hamon law, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties except, where applicable, return costs. The period of fourteen days runs from the date of receipt of the articles. 

To cancel your order within the 14 days withdrawal period, simply contact our customer service by telephone +33 (0)6 77 65 23 96 or by email (info@amritnam.com ) who will explain the procedures for you to follow. 


The customer benefits on all products sold from a withdrawal clause to be exercised within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.

Before any return, please report your intentions to ANS | SAS La Bonne Porte by email info@amritnam.com or phone +33 (0)6 77 65 23 96) to find out our return process, to get a return number to note on the package, as well as the address of return.

Please pack the item carefully and send it to us using a personalized return label. On the packaging, next to the recipient’s address, the return number that we will have indicated to you must appear in clearly legible characters.

The costs and risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

The products must absolutely be returned in their original packaging and in a perfect, resalable condition (accompanied with all possible accessories, instructions and documents) to the address indicated by us, accompanied with the original sales invoice, a copy of which will be kept by the buyer. On the packaging, next to the recipient’s address, the return number that you will have been given must be written clearly. The costs and risks linked to the return of the product are the customer’s responsibility.

This right of withdrawal can never operate if the products have been removed from their original packaging and used. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: 

  • CDs or DVDs removed from their original packaging or books with obvious signs of use will not be returned or exchanged. 
  • Perishable goods such as food 
  • Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products and some health, personal, body care items and personalized items.


We agree to exchange or refund within 14 days any item subject to a size or adaptation problem. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

In the event of impossibility of replacement, we undertake either to offer you an equivalent model, or to give you a credit valid for a period of three months. 

We recommend that you use the services of a professional carrier with package tracking. The loss of your package cannot engage ANS | SAS La Bonne Porte’s responsibility. 

Return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances, cash on delivery packages will be systematically refused. 

Any return after exchange does not allow an exemption from shipping costs.

The above commitment is only valid on condition that the article is neither used nor damaged and that it is returned to us in its original individual packaging in excellent condition accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice within 14 days. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): The refund should take place within 14 days of your refund notification. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. GIFTS: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 


ANS | SAS La Bonne Porte retains full and entire ownership of the products sold, until full payment of the price, principal, costs and taxes included. Payment can only be considered as made when the price is actually collected by ANS | SAS La Bonne Porte. 

The risks are transferred to the customer as soon as the products are handed over to the transporter. The customer undertakes to take all care in the care and conservation of the products and to take out all insurance “on behalf of whom it will belong” in accordance with article L112.12 of the insurance code in order to cover damage and claims likely to be caused to and by the products. 

The customer is prohibited from reselling, renting or giving as a guarantee, part of the products before full payment of the amounts due to ANS | SAS La Bonne Porte.


This contract is subject to French law. 

ANS | SAS La Bonne Porte cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, which may result from a malfunction or improper use of the products sold. 

The responsibility of ANS | SAS La Bonne Porte will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be questioned for simple errors or omissions which could have subsisted despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. 

In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer will have the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help of a professional association of the branch, of a consumer association, or any other advice of his choice. 

In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Commercial Court of Grenoble has sole jurisdiction, whatever the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted. Appreciation of the courts, the respect of the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee supposes that the buyer honors his financial commitments towards the seller, that he uses the device in a normal way, and that no third party not approved by the seller or the manufacturer does not intervene for the repair on the device, (except in cases of force majeure).

Through our intermediary, you will never receive offers from other companies or organizations.
