Presence Workshop

with Gurmukh Annie Lockerbie Newton | Canada|France

Monday 10.00-12.00 | Location: Big Top

Using the ancient art of clowning, physical theatre exercises, and a whole lot of absurdity, this workshop will help you learn how to expand your PRESENCE.

When we sit on our mats, our eyes closed in meditation, we can have a natural and deep sense of being truly ourselves. However, when the pressure is on and we are standing in the centre of a room full of people who we don’t know who are looking at us with expectation, it is not as evident how to maintaining this calm sense of being totally authentic. Whether you are someone who has difficulty taking center stage or are a seasoned teacher with a passion for being in front of a crowd, this workshop will take you out of your comfort zone and into the unknown zone of the spotlight. It will help you to expand your Self, discover unknown parts of you, and become more confident.
Dare to be seen. Dare to be vulnerable. Dare to be present.

Gurmukh Nam is a long-limbed clown, theatre maker, puppeteer, and kundalini yoga teacher born in Toronto, Canada, now based in France. Last year, she created an absurd clown show about spiritual enlightenment called THE VOID, which toured Europe and was nominated for the Best Emerging Artist Award and The Funny Bones Award for Best Comedy at the Stockholm Fringe. Gurmukh Nam also teaches kundalini yoga, clowning, and theatre for all ages in Canada and Europe. She is happy to be aligning her spiritual and theatrical background to serve humanity by helping people find absurdity and playfulness in all parts of life!

Heart of Economics and Management

A Journey in Service of Life and the Planet

with Elise Oudiné | Switzerland

Monday 10.00-12.00 | Location: Yoga Room

Business is a key driver of change that can either provide solutions or exacerbate economic, societal, and environmental challenges.
What if the economy became a vehicle of abundance, serving life and the planet with a positive impact? What if we stopped managing human beings as mere resources? What if we transformed businesses into tools serving a purpose greater than ourselves? What if we abandoned traditional goal-driven management and instead tuned into the deeper purpose of the organization? What if companies became spaces for fulfillment and care, free from hierarchy?I invite you on a journey to explore emerging leadership models that place collective intelligence and agility at the heart of governance. Together, let’s experiment with how the practices and tools of yoga can help elevate consciousness within organizations, paving the way for a desirable and sustainable future!

Elise Oudiné
As a specialist in HR/integration/organizational health and shared governance, my mission is to support professionals in transition, write, train specialists, and guide teams on their journey to bring greater awareness into management and economy. I grew up in an atheist family. As a child, I secretly sought the divine in churches. I spent 10 years experimenting with various yoga traditions without finding my place. It was only when Kundalini Yoga came into my life that I understood that what I had been searching for externally was within me.

Atom High

with Anne-Sarah Bornkessel & Yannick Chay | France

Monday 14.00-16.00 | Location: Big Top

Atomhigh invites you to dive into the wisdom of our nervous system—simply awakening, letting energy flow, and being alive together in this cycle of high vibration and deep relaxation. Not only celebrating light and love but also the jungle within me, within you, and the one we live in.
Through shaking and other tools, as well as a collective ritual, we make space for our living, wild selves to experience a liberated and authentic return to oneself. Your body knows the
way—it is an obvious path, a direct access to our bodily intelligence, the one that knows how to express vitality, to protect itself, to flee, to defend, to run. We will ride this wave, these waves of a nervous system that needs its natural regulations to make way for ecstasy. It is vast, immense, light, and so simple!

Anne-Sarah Bornkessel and Yannick Chay are two researchers exploring movement and its potential. They are developing a place in the Trièves dedicated to these studies and have created a toolbox called AtomHigh.

Yannick is a builder and dancer. He has explored the connections and parallels between dance movements and constrained movements through improvisation, Axis Syllabus, and cccSystema—focusing on breathwork, relaxation, and bodily states in all situations.
Anne-Sarah is a psychomotor therapist and artist of German origin, with extensive experience in dance and movement theater. For years, she has been researching the body, neurobiology, the nervous system, and the practice of shaking.

Welcoming our Vulnerability

A way to Metamorphosis

with Navkiran Noémi Ulrich | Switzerland

Monday 14.00-16.00 | Location: Nursery Dome

Kundalini yoga is self empowering. You hold, keep up and go through. In this workshop, discover the power of a hidden path in you. Enter your sensitive being and listen. Meet with your vulnerable authenticity. The fears, the obstacles, the shame, what you prefer to hide and pretend it’s not there. What does it whisper to you ? How can you welcome and sit with these parts of you ?
Daring to be vulnerable is a way of courage that allows us to become truly human again.

The space is open. You are welcome as you are. You will be guided in an inner journey to feel, bring light and love to your fragility. A subtle balance between commitment and letting go. Connecting heart to heart. To see and be seen. To hear and be heard.
Together, let Metamorphosis happen and open up to let the essence of life go through us in each and every moment.

Navkiran Noémi Ulrich
As a kundalini yoga teacher and a doula, Navkiran dedicates her life to create intimate and sacred spaces to allow people and mothers to give birth to themselves. Healing Solutions through Bioweapons and the Transhumanist Agenda

with Sukhbir Claire Lautier | France

Claire will present knowledge and solutions gathered by the only team in the world identifying these synthetic genetically modified organisms and toxins, nanotech, metals, hydrogels, microplastics, yeast, fungus, and parasites.
You will learn how toxic congested livers and altered gut microbiomes and EMFs affect not only our biological systems, but our consciousness and soul. Waves of Humanity

A Healing Journey with Ritual & Music

with Netanel Goldberg | Israel

Tuesday 19.00 | Big Top

Waves of Humanity is a simple and deep journey into the chambers of the heart. We open a container of love and trust within which we can fully place ourselves with all the waves that pass through us.
As a society and as a community there are rituals that we go through in our lives. This ritual is an invitation to experience mutual support in situations of grief, pain, loss, heartbreak.
How can we give of ourselves and then be supported by someone else and by the temporary community/village.
There is a place for the broken heart to be placed. And so we discover that we are all human within these waves of life
And in fact we all simply ask for recognition and love for who we are.
Among other things that will happen on this healing journey: we will sing, listen and share life experiences, move, pray, open the vulnerable gates of the heart, breathe into the depths of the belly of the ship.
We will dive into the power of the community to heal each other.

Workshop to prepare to the practice of Tantra

with François Tardivel | France

Wednesday 10.00-12.00 | Location: Yoga Room

My intention is to provide a space to support and guide people who have little or no experience with Kundalini Yoga or Tantra or who are discovering Le Martinet for the first time.

In this workshop, we will explore the flow of energy through graceful and grounded seated postures, breath, bandhas, drishtis and mudras to prepare the body and mind to fully dive into the sacred practice of tantra !

François Tardivel
I was shaped by the mountains where I grew up. Yoga became an obvious path for me when I pushed my body beyond its limits : it helped me understand my life as an architect was not making sense anymore. Therefore I decided to share the gifts I had received by teaching in turn. I first embarked on the path of Hatha Yoga to rebuild myself. Kundalini Yoga then came to me, opening me to the awareness of who I am.

Nevia・A deep Journey through Dance

with Anva Goldberg | Israel

Wednesday 10.00-12.00 | Location: Big Top

I wish to bring us on a close and intimate journey with ourselves and with life;
A journey that allows us to meet and express our souls and spirits through our dancing bodies;
Over the years, I have developed a unique and simple set of tools that can help us to expand and deepen our experience of movement.

We listen to the stories that rise from the body, and shed layers into honest and present movement;
Born from the moment and connecting between worlds;
Revealed and hidden, still and flowing, limited and endless.
This language of movement nourishes our deepest layers, connecting both body and soul;
Giving them soft, powerful, and simple expression – allowing deep intimacy with ourselves and with life;
And bringing home lost fragments of the soul.

Anva Goldberg facilitates and leads workshops of dance around the world. She is a therapist (Pericardium Liberation therapy) and artist.

“I’m watching with excitement the movements of nature with a connection to the movements of the soul. In the visible movements to the hidden movements seeks to bring fusion and connections in the world on all levels.”

The Buddha’s Smile

How to Cherish Joy in Difficult Times

with Laurence Bibas | France

Wednesday 14.00-16.00 | Location: Yoga Room

Difficult times are wonderful opportunities to reveal our spiritual potential because we no longer have a choice. While we are busy in our inner laboratory healing the wounds of the past and practicing meditation and yoga to face life’s challenges… The good news is that the time has come to come out of the lab, imperfectly perfect as we are to fulfill our life’s mission: Being fully ourselves!

A workshop to let shine our inner nature and realize that the obstacles we encounter are doors to liberation. Then a soft smile of gratitude blossoms naturally.

Author, joyful enlightener and certified mindfulness teacher, my Buddhist education began in 1994 when I took refuge with my first master Sogyal Rinpoche and since then Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche. My life is dedicated to be a spiritual being in a human body and sharing this joy with others through my programs and coaching.

Unleash your Unlimited Potential・You are the Creator of your Life

A guided Creative Journey

with Prem Jot Christine Mayer | Le Martinet

Wednesday 16.30-19.00 | Location: Big Top

Having a physical body gives us a unique possibility to express ourselves in the world. Creating art may be the most effective and beautiful message to do so. Art goes beyond languages, beyond culture, beyond lives. It is an universal way to communicate between each other and through time.
But what if art becomes your life and your life becomes art itself? How can we be a conscious creator of our own life?
To live in the consciousness of the cosmic cycle of creation, we can transform our life in each moment, with each thought, with each feeling, with each action. This is what we call Manifestation.
The only real thing about ourselves is: We are God. We are the Source. We are ONE. Art is, to express that Truth which lives inside of us. Through our Being, that Truth becomes embedded in all we are, in all we do. We transform into a clear channel, and our intention reflects the intention of the cosmos.

In this master class we immerse into the consciousness of manifestation. Through Kundalini Yoga, deep meditation and ritual we experience how to create our life in every moment new, as an expression of the unified field, the ONENESS.

Prem Jot Christine Mayer
Prem’s life is interwoven with beauty and creativity. As a fashion designer she was a pioneer of Upcycling and became recognized worldwide. Her collections pushed the boundaries of art and fashion. For years she has been leading creative retreats all over the world for participants to explore and experience
their work in a holistic way and open their inner channels to let creativity flow again.
Her spiritual development was always present in her life and guided her to merge with essential dedication to the Dharma, the path of realization. Prem is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Trainer, as well as trained in energetic healing, sound healing, and meditation. Through her teachings in Kundalini Yoga she opened a new window in this ancient practice, where movement, sound, power and stillness are merging into a transformational journey beyond limits.
