Kids & Teens Camp

A child is born to you so that you can prepare him to face time unto Infinity

Yogi Bhajan
Edited in Tezza with: Mood & Contrast

With the program for the young generation, we want to open doors to a wide range of experiences.

Our base camp in nature becomes our Bindu, the foundation from where we will act and experience the world. Our program is made to reconnect with nature and the elements, to activate the sensory system and to express ourselves through art, theatre, dance, music, forming with clay, painting, hiking, tree climbing, co-creation games etc.

To inspire with a sparkle of spirit we start every day with a special yoga class for kids. Within our sharing circles every child will have a voice.

The Kids & Teens Camp program will cover the workshops and Tantra times during the days while the kids will be with their parents in the evening and can join the music and concert program.

Our Kids & Teens Camp Team speaks English, French and German.

We welcome Kids from 5 years on. For younger kids please send us a request.

Kids & Teens TEAM

Stefan Ragi Keller

Kids & Teens Camp Leader

After discovering Kundalini Yoga in Mexico in 2015, Stefan Ragis path led him to Amrit Nam Sarovar in 2019, where he immersed himself more deeply in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. A powerful intuitive insight during Level 1 training became the foundation for his current work with children and young people, shaping both his professional direction and personal growth.

For eight years, Stefan has supported young people as a tutor, and for the past four years he has worked as a teacher at a public school in Switzerland. What distinguishes his work is his ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with children and adolescents—creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and encouraged to express themselves freely.

Last year, he had the opportunity to assist at the Kids Camp during the festival and experienced the magical energy and vibrancy of those special days. This year, he is very much looking forward to leading the Kids Camp and co-creating with the children a creative, playful, and heart-centered space where joy, mindfulness, and self-expression take center stage.

WORKSHOPS

Kids Yoga Workshop – A Magical Adventure

Helen Purperhart | Netherlands

Join Helen for a joyful and imaginative Kids Yoga workshop designed especially for children and warmly welcoming parents to join in too.

In this playful session, yoga becomes an adventure: children are guided through creative movement, breathing, and storytelling that brings poses to life. The workshop is shaped as a “magical yoga journey,” encouraging curiosity, confidence, and a deep sense of connection to body and imagination.

Helen is a Kundalini yoga teacher for both adults and children, trained in a 500-hour teacher program. With over 20 years of experience teaching children’s yoga and training teachers across the Netherlands and Belgium, she is also the founder of the Kinderyoga Academie and creator of the Kinderyoga Cards.

Her approach is rooted in authenticity, creativity, and joy – offering children a space to move, breathe, and simply be themselves, while inviting adults to reconnect with their own sense of play.

This workshop is open to all levels and designed as a shared experience between children and their grown-ups, making it a beautiful moment of togetherness during the festival.

Insect Safari

with Andor & Rukaiya | Netherlands

Did you know there are an estimated minimal 800,000 species of Insects?!

Come play and learn about the Creepy Crawly Nation (Bugs & Insects) in a self-motivated safari in which we explore the land and find the creatures that speak to us. We will begin our journey with an easy introduction to the magic and medicine of insect life. Then we begin our quest: experiencing together, and on our own, the joy of discovery as we hunt, track and observe the wee ones in their home environments, listening for any messages they may have for us. We will end our safari by enriching our experience with identifying our new friends and participating in a story-sharing circle about our discoveries.

“Insects are the keepers of knowledge on subtle, non-verbal communication.” -Animal Speak

Hosted by Andor & Rukaiya, two long-term enthusiasts of cultivating relationships with our relatives of the earth. Andor & Rukaiya have two grown-up children and a lifetime of playful interactions with children, and in community.

What the Stains Reveal

A Watercolor Workshop for Children with Étiénne

Through movement, breathing, and a short guided visualization, children are invited into a state of presence and imagination.

Working with water and watercolor, they let pigments flow freely across the page, exploring how color, water, and the whiteness of the paper interact. By tilting, blowing, observing, and responding, they allow unexpected forms to emerge.

From there begins the art of seeing: what lives within the stains? Animals, landscapes, characters, or unknown creatures gradually reveal themselves through drawing and painting.

The workshop closes with a simple sharing circle, celebrating each child’s unique discoveries.

Etienne is a visual poet and eternal dreamer creating in service of the Subtle. Through painting, sculpture, writing, and immersive media, he transforms inner landscapes into living invitations to wonder, revealing the mystery, beauty, and interconnectedness woven through all things.

Of course, parents are also welcome to join, as clowning is for all ages, and it is very funny to see grown-ups being silly.

Shake It Out, Breathe It In

Samali Monelli Rahmatian | Canada

Samali Monelli Rahmatian is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Persian dance instructor, and mother of three, Samalie has worked with children across Prince Edward Island, teaching yoga and dance with infectious energy and warmth. Her playful spirit empowers others to heal, grow, and celebrate life through movement and mindfulness.

In this nurturing space, children discover powerful tools to understand their emotions and grow in confidence. Samalie brings joy and creativity to every session, inviting kids to express themselves through vibrant dance set to music from around the world. Through team-building hand games, they connect, cooperate, and build trust with one another. Movement is also a way to feel good in the body—by shaking, jumping, and dancing, children learn to release tension and regulate their nervous systems. Alongside the dance, they’ll explore yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, including chanting, mudras (hand gestures), and moments of stillness, to build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and inner calm. It’s an uplifting space that inspires growth, creativity, and pure delight!
