Karta Singh & Friends, Sadhana for the Peaceful Warrior

At Summer Solstice 1992, our most beloved spiritual teacher, Yogi Bhajan, gave us a very specific sadhana to do each early morning for 21 years, as the earth makes its transition from the Piscean age to the Aquarian age. These CDs are a musical recording of this Aquarian Sadhana.

Sadhana is the most effective means to develop the group consciousness needed to promote our souls on the way of growth, unfolding, and realization of our divine nature in Oneness. Yet, it yields a very personal relationship to your commitment and discipline for dwelling in the space of service and remembrance. After all, there is only one war for us to face, the war within against the fife inner enemies arising from the temptations of the fife elements: greed (earth), obsession (water), attachment (fire), anger (air), and pride (ether). When we reach a state of non-reaction, we enter a domain of deep inner peace. This is what is meant by the way of the spiritual warrior.

Karta Singh & Friends, Here I Am

Right now, you could make a great impact. Ask yourself: “If peace is already here, where am I in relation to it?” When you can truly respond, “Here I am!” then you have already removed a lot of stresses, strains, and despair from your life. In doing so, you are making a great contribution to world peace. Life was designed for you to enjoy it and to find deep satisfaction. Every single moment, it is your choice.

A good three-step plan to de-stress your life: First, truly listen to your soul’s longing. Second, cultivate humility and recognise that you are here to serve the Divine within and not your ego. Third, recognise your unique talent, which you received for this incarnation. It is by working for excellence that your life becomes so full of ease that you will laugh from the very beginning. Bow your head to your heart, let yourself be guided by the call of your soul, and start the fantastic journey of your life. Give yourself the love and kindness to be your true Self.

This uplifting CD has relaxing nature sounds between all tracks and contains an inspiring booklet in English, French, German, and Spanish!

Karta Singh & Friends, Now Kundalini Rise

Guru Nanak’s songs travelled across India, teaching through the naad the spirit of sound. Their messages vibrate through space to touch millions of hearts and souls, and they reach through time to reach us. Powerfully simple, they resonate deep inside our ten bodies to remind us what we have almost forgotten, that we are born divine, that God dwells within all us. We only need to awaken ourselves to see this truth. Open your higher self to the power of the Divine.
The Adi Shakti Mantra, Ek Ong Kaar Sat Naam Siri Wahe Guru, was the first mantra Yogi Bhajan taught during his first years in the United States. This mantra creates a responsive interrelationship between you and the universal creative energy. It is very powerful for awakening the Kundalini energy and suspending the mind in bliss.

This delightful CD contains an inspiring booklet in English, French, German, and Spanish with meditation instructions for both mantras.

1. Ek Ong Kaar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru (33 min)
2. Aad Gureh Nameh (31 min)
3. Kundalini Rising [Yogi Bhajan’s poem read by Karta Singh] (8 min)

What offering can we place before Him, by which we might see His Court?
What words can we speak so that He may bestow His Love on us?
In the ambrosial hours before dawn, chant the True Name, and contemplate His Glorious Greatness.
(Guru Nanak, Japji Sahib)
